Team Prometheus

​NanoSatisfi

The launch is a partnership between two groups: NanoSatisfi, the team behind ArduSat, and partner Team Prometheus.

The Team​

NanoSatisfi's mission is to provide affordable, on-demand access to space. To that end, it has developed a space-based application development platform, based on the Arduino/AVR standard, the prototype of which will be the payload on the ArduSat satellite. 

 

NanoSatisfi was founded in 2012 by four then-students of the International Space University in Strasbourg, France. Between them, Peter Jeroen, Reka and Joel combine experience at 9 universities, in 8 companies, in 7 languages and on 3 continents.

Team Prometheus was Founded in August 2008 by Monroe Lee King Jr. to pursue the N-Prize. The Team is involved with the GLXP through Team Frednet and is competing in the NASA Centennial Challenge as a result of continued support from the New Space and Amateur Rocketry community. Team Prometheus is an Internationally supported team and it's sole purpose is the advance of New Space and promote advances in education with an emphasis on economical access for all interested in exploring the last frontier. Team Prometheus is non-profit and supported solely by contributions of the team members and interested parties.
